Refund policy

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a defective or damaged item, or if the error was on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Conditions

The product must be:

  • unused;

  • in its original packaging;

  • with all original tags attached;

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once the product has been received, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • personalised products;

  • sale items;

  • gift cards.

The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the current item (if it is eligible for return) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
