Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on the destination country, carrier, and order weight.
2. Order Processing
All orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped during:
- weekends
- public holidays
- store closure periods
3. Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
🇪🇸 Spain: 2 to 5 business days
🇫🇷 France: 3 to 7 business days
🇪🇺 Rest of Europe: 5 to 10 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or external circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
5. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances such as:
- carriers
- customs
- high-demand periods
- strikes or logistical disruptions
- weather conditions
- any event beyond our control
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a package is declared lost:
- an investigation will be opened with the carrier
- once confirmed, an appropriate solution will be offered (replacement or refund)
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged product:
- contact us within a reasonable time
- photos of the damage will be required
- we will assess the situation and offer a solution (replacement or compensation)
